Returns & Exchanges

At Aggieland Outfitters, we want every Maroon and White fan to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and include a copy of your packing slip for faster processing.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Generate your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
